27km north of Kuusamo, Ruka 6km, Lake Rukajärvi 1km. High level and spacious two-storey log house, built in 2001, bedrooms 1-2: 2 beds, upstairs bedrooms 3-5: 2 beds, 2 mattresses, living room, kitchen, electric sauna.
In Tahkolanranta area on Takalontie road on the northern side of Lake Rukajärvi with fell and lake views.

Additional equipment: Own toilets and showers in two bedrooms downstairs, toilet and shower upstairs, five showers altogether. Tumble dryer, water kettle, two fireplaces, balcony. Also upstairs: TV, VCR, stereos and fridge.

Other distances: Oulanka National Park / Pieni Karhunkierros Trail 28km, short trails in the Central Ruka area 6km.

Additional information: Connecting ski track (length 500 m) to public ski track network 50 m from the cottage, rowing boats shared by four cottages on Lake Rukajärvi (1km) and Lake Vuosselijärvi (4km). Barbecue hut is in joint use with another cottage.
